Update 7 February 2022: A new version of the Event Plan Template will be published on 15 Feb 2022.
Attached is a draft copy of an Event Plan Template, modified for the O'Donovan 2020 Gathering. It provides a way to centralize information for each event scheduled for the Gathering. I would appreciate members' reviewing the template and letting me know your thoughts re: modifications/additions that may be needed. I will finalize the Template on 18 February; it can then be used by volunteers to record details of events.
